My Favorite Reads of 2013!

Happy New Year!

Well, almost. 😉 2013 has been a really awesome year! I’ve read a lot of fabulous books over the last twelve months and I’ve decided to share some of my favorite reads of the year with you. I’m not putting a number on it, like “top ten” or “top thirteen” or whatever, and I’m not putting them in any particular order. I know there are many more books that deserve to be here, and some that I just haven’t gotten a chance to read yet. Sometimes I wish I could plug something into the back of my head, like they do in the Matrix, and just know the whole book in seconds, but I guess that would take all the fun out of this hobby, now wouldn’t it?

Please feel free to leave a comment and let me know what your favorite books have been over the last year. Are there any books on my list that also made your list?

Note: Clicking on book covers will take you to Amazon, just in case you want to grab a copy for yourself. I noticed that some are either FREE or only .99 cents so be sure to snatch ’em up!

    • Happy new year! Thank you for allowing me to read your awesome debut novel! I’m quite certain Vesik #2 will be on my list for next year, if it’s anything like Days Gone Bad. I know, I know… I would already have that knowledge if I would just read it! But hey.. I have to spread the love out. LOL.

The Harvesting (thanks to you!) is on my list of books i bought in 2013 but still need to read – yep, I wrote that post this year. LOL I scheduled myself too tightly with tours from October – December that I didn’t have time to read books that I bought – there were 40 something books on that list. I have some of the others on your list also that are on my Kindle waiting to be read also. I have a few fave authors that every book they released this year was on my fave book list – Jessica Hawkins, Annie Rose Welch, Selena Laurence, Scarlett Dawn. Checking to see if you have any on yours that aren’t on my TBR yet. I love your taste in books. 🙂

  • Vicky

Wow! The only book I know and I’ve read from here is The Fault In Our Stars. There are so many on your list, do you read on your computer or kindle? All of this books look interesting, It’s a shame that most of them aren’t available in my country and that I cannot buy anything from amazon. By the way, you’ve got a nice blog! x

    • I read on my tablet, through a Kindle app, for the most part. I’m bummed that you don’t have access to these books! Where do you get your books from?

      • Vicky

Well, mostly from book stores, I’m not really fond of e-books… and I mainly read in spanish, but i’m trying to read more in english because I want to improve my vocabulary as well as I’d rather read in the language that it’s written. So I only have access to books in english in the capital city, it sucks, I tried to read through my iPod but Its expensive! Are these e-books or printed? x

        • Well, I mostly read ebooks, but I do have many of them in print as well. I’m curious… what is the ONE book you’d love to read most on this list?
