420A – Human Resources Technician
HR Technicians perform duties as a leader in any HR technical or joint field of operations. HR Technicians are adaptive technical experts, leaders, trainers and advisors. They maintain, operate and integrate Army Human Resource (HR) processes and systems.
How do I become a 420A warrant officer?
In order to become a 420A Human Resources Technician, you must first serve as either a 42A or 42F enlisted Soldier. In the Active Component, you must be an E-6, with 8 to 12 years of service and have completed the Army Leader’s Course or BNCOC equivalent.

What happens if you fail WOCS?
If you choose to attend WOCS at Fort Rucker, you will take the APFT prior to starting classes
should you fail, you will be dismissed from WOCS. In either case, the only way you can then become a Warrant Officer is to reapply and again be selected for the program.

A recent graduate described 42A AIT as really easy. The dorms are three people to a room with one double bunk and one single, three desks, three closets and a bath/shower. Class is Monday through Friday. A typical day is 4:50 AM wake up, clean area, accountability and PT (physical training) formation at 5:20.

What does a 91C do in the army?
